I lost my shades on a trip to Yorkshire in June. It says
something about the British climate that I only needed a new pair last week on
the Greek island of Crete where the strong sun made them essential. I got a
nice pair of Ray-Bans. I paid €5 (£3.70, $5.60) for them but I think I was
ripped off - I saw them for €4 in another shop!
Nice. You don't want to know what those would cost you here in Oregon.
